What a brilliant resource! We love it. Amazing quality. Can't wait to really dig in. I'm working on a cheese cave and bought that very regulator so the advice is really helpful. I also have a terrarium thing to keep the humidity just right that I have to rig in there too. Thanks for taking the time and giving the Love to make this beautiful book happen MJ. Well Done!

HaHa LOL. I do a bit of deadpan myself. Rarely works over the internet. =)

I do really like the book. MJ is so darned talented. It's all about evoking emotion and this book has it in spades!

What I am curious about is how long will it take for you, James, to order a second copy! I find I really need my work copy and then I still like my "pretty" copy to browse through in front of the fire in the evenings.

LOL

We had a fire a couple of days ago but no book yet. Drat. Who knows when we will be cold enough for a fire again! It is a pretty book for sure. But, I'm a dude so I think one book will serve both purposes for me. Ines was under communism until age 12 so she's just happy to have a book. lol

I am usually skeptical about just going out and buying a book unless I am knowledgeable of the author so I ask for an inter-library loan. I am totally satisfied and actually thrilled with the quality of Milk Cow Kitchen and I really enjoy the many beautiful photos. Great detail about everything in the cow section, I am sure that I will refer to this as a great how to manual in getting set up for a family cow. The best photos and diagrams for a functional milking parlor I have seen yet. Thanks so very much, I will be placing my order for the book soon. Best regards, bhill

This is a book that I keep going to over and over. Every time I think I have a question (sometimes I'll ask it here on the chat room) and then I find the answer in this book. Very practical and yet beautiful at the same time...wonderful combination.
