I'm in egg nog mode now with Christmas Eve coming up tomorrow. I'm thinking egg nog ice cream to go with one of my granddaughter's mini-chocolate almond-flour cakes.

Just stopping for a moment to wish everyone a Wonderful Christmas. It has been one heck of a year, and I hope everyone can take a moment to relax and cherish the season.

Tomorrow's dinner is in honor of my late stepfather. He was 1/2 Greek and 1/2 Italian, so I carry on the Christmas Eve seafood tradition. For Christmas day it will be BBQ pork loin racks and roasted potatoes. So yes, because I chose this menu it is to rain Christmas Day. That is okay, because lord knows we need it. The rain will be a blessing.
