It's good we received more than 2 inches of rain--everything grew by leaps and bounds, but the warm sun today is mighty nice.

Here's Lizzy's gorgeous tail that greets me every morning. I love brushing it.

Janet, one of my fields of oregano for my bees is more than knee-high this year and SOLID oregano. Just gorgeous and to step through it smells amazing.

Across from it the grand girls planted their own flower garden this past weekend. They picked out the plants at our local nursery and got them all in the ground within two days. Stella said, "Mom, I think I've found my thing I love doing!"

Lizzy's tail is so pretty. And the grand girls flower garden, well, what's not to love. Do I see some Lupines? We've had an abundance of rain and things are so lush. My iris were really tall and full of flowers. My perennials that I planted, some are blooming already. Roses are full of buds and I have a flat of oregano that I need to get in the ground and yes, love the aroma. No wonder the bees love it. I have sweet Annie, lavender, marjoram, thyme, and rosemary planted and growing and love the smell when passing by. One of the little things that make each day even more special and enjoyable. Well, time to take the dogs out before bedtime. Millie seems to be improving. I think she will be fine. And the cream and milk sooooo welcome.
