I have recently been researching the rules that would allow me to sell my milk in MN. I cannot sell raw milk, I found this website(the only thing I found) and all I get is it must be pasteurized(I already knew this). I would most likely use High Temperature Short Time. Is this the right website, and is there anything else I need to know that this document does not contain?
