Posted - Jun 03 2019 : 6:47:20 PM Janet, my peaches are looking fabulous. Here's one of them that's covered in soft tiny peaches--mighty grateful for my honey bees that covered its blooms for several days.
And one of two new honey crisp trees, already with a few apples.
Greenhouse has an abundance of greens.
We're busy getting another one of our B&B campsites ready for occupancy.
And one of the pollinator strips behind us is in full bloom right now, mostly penstemon.

Posted - Jun 04 2019 : 04:16:29 AM So thrilled to hear you have little peaches coming on and the honey bees have plenty of blossom to gather nectar. What a joy to watch and see. Things are progressing nicely here. Everything is lush and green and more rain on the way. Too much for some areas which is disheartening. Flowers are beautiful and we managed to get our potatoes and onions in between all the wet, hopefully they won't rot. So good to see all the photos and update on peach trees, B&B and beautiful penstemon blossoms. Momma Millie is still a holy terror, but managing the best we can. Would have never figured. She is as tame as a kitten any other time but milking. It's an adventure all on it's own. |
